Linlithgow Distillery was established between the 1790's to early 1800's. The Distillery known as ‘Linlithgow’ or "St Magdalene" was operated at one time by Adam Dawson – one of the first recorded licensed distillers.

Tasting Notes
Bottling: Duncan Taylor Linlithgow 1982 - 21yo Single Malt Scotch Whisky.  
Cask No: 2211.
Colour: Amber with gold highlights.
Nose: Vanilla and fruits mingling.
Flavour: Lemon grass & honey.
Finish: Crisp, dry and long. Hint of oak smoke.

Bottling: Rarest of the Rare Linlithgow 1982 - 21yo Single Malt Scotch Whisky. Rarest of the Rare Single Malt Scotch
Cask No: 2214.
Colour: Pale straw.
Nose: Nutty Gingerbread and butter, trace of perfumed smoke. Lavender.
Flavour: Creamy, grapefruit, and orange rind.
Finish: Dry, bread like and fairly short.
Comments:  Takes time but worth the wait.
