Duncan Taylor and Company scooped 3 overall winner, 7 gold, 6 silver, 3 bronze and 3 highly commended awards in this year’s Independent Bottlers’ Challenge held by Whisky Magazine. Click here for more info.
Now in its second year, this key event in the whisky calendar honours those companies that offer the enthusiast something different from their favourite distilleries.
More than 175 bottles were entered, reflecting how dynamic the independent sector is.

As a means of saving water Duncan Taylor are selling off spent casks as receptacles for holding rain water. This eco friendly and natural method of storing water is more aesthetically pleasing than having plastic drums strewn across ones garden.
The UK media have shown great interest in the idea and have featured Duncan Taylor in the press, radio and TV this week.
