Bottling: Duncan Taylor Highland Park 1966 - 38yo Single Malt Scotch Whisky.
Cask No: 11010.
Colour: Straw.
Nose: Slightly meaty before giving way to sweet dark fruits.
Flavour: Cherry yoghurt with light heathery smoke.
Finish: Sweet smoke develops in the finish.
Comments:  Heather and cherries - simply stunning.

Bottling: Duncan Taylor Bowmore 1968 - 37yo Single Malt Scotch Whisky.  
Cask No: 1429
Colour: Golden.
Nose: Fruity, woody with a creamy sweetness.
Flavour: Sweet fruits cream and a trace of wood.
Finish: Orangey, creamy and oaky.
Comments:  Fruitiness is youthful and woodiness shows maturity.

Bottling: Duncan Taylor Brora 1981 - 23yo Single Malt Scotch Whisky.  
Cask No: 1426
Colour: Light straw
Nose: Creamy, sweet smoke. Rich fruit - blackberries and peaches.
Flavour: More rich fruits, malty with more than a suggestion of peat.
Finish: Soft but long with saltiness that lingers
Comments:  A Brora with a little peat but doesn't rely on it. A cracker.

Bottling: Duncan Taylor Strathclyde 1973 - 31yo Single Grain Scotch Whisky.  
Cask No: 74061.
Colour: Warm gold.
Nose: A big sweet nose, lots of Vanilla, full fat toffee ice cream.
Flavour: Exceptionally smooth, rich and creamy with a soft fudge edge.
Finish: Long and oily – coats every inch of your mouth.
Comments:  A big rich sweetie!

Bottling: Rarest of the Rare Mosstowie 1975 - 29yo Single Malt Scotch Whisky.  
Cask No: 5812.
Colour: Pale gold.
Nose: Sweet & tropical fruits with a hint of fresh pencil shavings.
Flavour: Lemon grass, slightly sweet and zesty.
Finish: Long and fruity with wood developing.
Comments:  Very fresh and smooth!
