Bottling: Duncan Taylor Rare Auld Glorious 40’s, Strathisla, 1967 – 40yrs
Cask No: 2716 – 48.6%
Colour: Golden
Nose: Cinnamon and cloves, a little spicy with a touch of spiced oak and hidden syrupiness
Flavour: Syrupy with a touch of oak, a little dry initially before fruitier notes emerge - darker fruits
Finish: Lighter than maybe expected with a whiff of creamy citrus notes
Comments:  Starts spicy and ends sweet

New Glen Grant Bottling: Duncan Taylor Rare Auld, Glen Grant, 1974 – 33yrs
Cask No: 16555 - 53.8%
Colour: Pale gold
Nose: Creamy and fruity with crème caramel
Flavour: Cooked fruit, slightly oaky and vanilla
Finish: Mouth-coating, fruity and dry
Comments:  An enjoyable light dram!

New Macallan Bottling: Duncan Taylor Rare Auld Macallan, 1990 – 17yrs
Cask No: 10119 – 53.3%.
Colour: Yellow gold
Nose: Rounded and tame but full of life. Gentle oak spice, creamy, vanilla ice cream. Rich tea biscuits
Flavour: Very rounded smooth and balanced. Sweetmeal, ice cream again and vanilla pods
Finish: Gentle with pepper and a trace of fine smoke
Comments:  Fresh, creamy style with lots of character

New 38yo Blend Bottling: Duncan Taylor Rare Auld 38yo Blend
Cask No: Na – 46%
Colour: Burnt amber
Nose: Fresh mint and honeysuckle. Sweet, classic old whisky notes
Flavour: Lemon grass, verging on tropical fruits. Nutty with light spices and a touch creamy
Finish: As silky smooth and mouth-watering as it predicessor
Comments:  Give this time – it changes constantly! Fantastic.

New Cameronbridge Bottling: Duncan Taylor Rare Auld Grain, Cameronbridge, 1978 – 29yrs
Cask No: CD5211 - 57%
Colour: Old gold
Nose: Cotton soft, sweet candy. Red apple and oranges. Gentle and friendly with American vanilla oak spice
Flavour: Extremely sweet, bags of coconut and vanilla, creamy caramel, balanced with gentle spices
Finish: Gentle caramel & coconut spice and trace of liquorice
Comments:  Very sweet and user friendly

New Imperial Bottling: Duncan Taylor NC2, Imperial, 1996 – 12yrs
Cask No: 384 – 55.7%
Colour: Gold
Nose: Apples, spearmint and lashings of cream
Flavour: Fresh, zesty fruits and nicely minty
Finish: Very long and juicy with citrus fruits and that mint & cream again!
Comments:  An excellent spring whisky

New Whisky Galore Bottling: Whisky Galore, Auchentoshan, 1999 – 9yrs
Cask No: Na – 46%
Colour: Chardonnay
Nose: Heavy, bready, muggy, waxy, green fruits and gooseberries
Flavour: Delicate, cream soda, ripened green fruits of pears, gooseberries and kiwis
Finish: Soft and a little malty
Comments:  Classic delicate lowlander
