Tasting Notes
Bottling: Special Selection No. 1 - 1966  
Cask No: n/a.
Colour: Gold with amber highlights.
Nose: Rich, orangey nose, slightly waxy with a hint of oak.
Flavour: Velvety, a little fresh wood and citrus fruits.
Finish: More citrus notes emerge in the finish.
Comments:  Fresh yet shows maturity.

Bottling: Special Selection No. 2 - 1970  
Cask No: n/a.
Colour: Mahogany with red tints.
Nose: Big rich sherry and sweet creamy vanilla. Full and Fruity.
Flavour: Full sherry, touch of liquorice, sweet oakiness very rich.
Finish: Slightly drying but very big and lingering.
Comments:  Huge sherry, but the bourbon cask influence keeps it perfectly balanced.

Bottling: Special Selection No. 3.  
Cask No: n/a.
Colour: Pale Amber.
Nose: Slightly burnt toffee, hints of spice. Becomes fresher with water more like warm caramel.
Flavour: Rich, a little bit oaky, vanilla and citrus and obvious toffee notes.
Finish: Finish is more citrusy and sweet.
Comments:  A cracking dram that is still fresh despite its age.

Colour: Gold.
Nose: Sweet warm wood with oranges and cherries.
Flavour: Vanilla, hints of new oak and lots of grassy notes.
Finish: Warming, fresh and mysterious.
Comments:  Lots going on and all of it good.
